We first identify whether a property has potential before entering into a contract to agree to buy the property at a specified value once the planning permission has gone through. We will handle all negotiations on your behalf, liaise with architects, and the local authority. We then apply for the planning permissions and once granted, the sale can then proceed and we start the property build.
